Gaming Thiruvizha Terms & Conditions
Each pass admits one person only and is valid for single-day entry.
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
Physical passes/wristbands must be collected at the registration counter upon presenting the purchase receipt.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes early for smooth entry and registration.
Children aged 3 and under can enter for free. All attendees above age 3 require a valid ticket.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food will be available for purchase at the venue. Entry with liquids, alcohol, outside food, or any banned / controlled substances are strictly prohibited.
Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged passes/wristbands.
Zero tolerance policy for harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior.
Security frisking and bag checks are mandatory at entry points.
All attendees are expected to fully cooperate with the Event's security personnel to ensure the safety of everyone present.
Organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any individual violating terms or causing disruption.
Organizers are not liable for personal belongings lost or misplaced during the event.
By purchasing a ticket/pass, attendees confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all Terms & Conditions.
All attendees must follow health and safety instructions displayed or announced at the event.
First aid will be available at the venue if required.
Artist and guest appearances are subject to change without prior notice.
If any clause in these Terms & Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining clauses will still apply.
By using the official website or ticketing platform, attendees consent to the collection and use of personal data as per applicable law.
By entering the venue, attendees grant permission to the organizers to record, photograph, and livestream the event and to use such media for promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
These Terms & Conditions include all official advisories, press notes, or codes of conduct issued by the organizers.
